Refunds will be issued at the discretion of DBFitness. Refunds will normally be processed within seven (7) days.
Goods Damaged in Transit
If any goods arrive damaged, please contact us at info@Dbfitness.co.nz within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange to have the damaged item returned, and either repair or replace the goods or refund the price to you, at its election. Damaged goods must be returned to DBFitness in the condition received by you with all original packaging, together with all packing slips.

Store Returns Policy – This section applies to the purchases made from the Db Fitness store only. For online returns please see the top of this page.
We will happily exchange or issue a note of credit for any items returned in the original package, undamaged, and accompanied by the original sales docket.
Any products purchased that are faulty will be made good via repair or exchange. If the Goods are faulty, subject to clause 9.1 in the sales terms and conditions information, we will meet our obligations under the Consumers Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.
Faulty Products Under the Consumer Guarantees Act you are entitled to have your product repaired, replaced, or refunded at our discretion.
All products supplied by DB fitness are industry tested to meet international standards. However, like any mass-produced product, there may be a small percentage that could exhibit a fault. All our products have a product warranty to cover any manufacturing defect.
If you suspect your product has been damaged during delivery please do not throw away the parcel or box in which the product came as it may need to be inspected. Please contact us on 096220608 and we will organize for the product to be inspected so that we can endeavor to send you a replacement as soon as possible.
