The punching bags are all extra strong stitched to prevent tearing. The punching bags are filled with a textile fiber mix to prevent mold and odors and to ensure that no hard objects such as metal, iron, and stones enter the filling. The textile filling provides perfect cushioning for your punches and kicks. The punching bags come with the accompanying 4-point chain and are packed in very sturdy transparent plastic.
