1-Year Parts & Electronics: all internal components and digital consoles are protected against manufacturing defects for twelve months.
1-Year Labour Coverage: our expert technicians provide service support during the first year of ownership.
Please note that all warranties are provided on a Back-to-Base basis. Specifically, any costs associated with the transportation, travel, or freight to and from a customer’s premises remain the responsibility of the owner. Therefore, the customer must return the machine to the original point of sale before any warranty work is undertaken.
Moreover, warranties are subject to change depending on the specific installation environment and usage; consequently, we recommend consulting your Commercial Representative for further details if the unit is for non-residential use. Finally, in relation to warranties exceeding one year (such as the motor), the coverage applies to the part only. As a result, labour will be charged separately once the initial one-year labour warranty has expired.
