Delivery and retrieval
Our Equipment hire term is a minimum of 12 weeks and must be paid for via visa or MasterCard. These are the only payment methods we accept. Customers will be charged weekly for hireage with the first week and delivery costs being paid upfront on the day of purchase.
Our equipment can be delivered (Auckland only) and is free of charge for the first 5km. The customer will be charged 2$ per kilometer thereafter. Retrieval conditions are streamlined with the delivery terms where the customer will be charged 2$ per km after 5km. If you elect to hire longer than 12 weeks, the payments will continue as normal, each week. DB fitness requires you give 7 days notice once you are ready to terminate your hireage contract. Here at DB fitness we take pride in the quality and reliability of our equipment and will not charge the customer for any repairs as a result of ware and tear or general malfunction. However charges may be made to your card for any loss, damage or payments in arrears.
Collection and return to and from DB fitness – Customers wanting to save on delivery and retrieval costs are more than welcome to organize their own transportation.

Please be sure to bring your credit card, identification and proof of address when hiring equipment from DB fitness.
